2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

2.1 Pepe manufacture and sell wooden garden furniture - garden swings, seats, chairs benches, tables, recliners, sunbeds (the Products) and assemble and paint the same ( the Services). 

2.2 The Products are supplied in component form with full instructions and fittings for assembly by the customer.  By agreement, assembly can be completed by our staff for which there is an additional charge and must be booked and paid for in advance of delivery.  

2.3 Products may vary slightly from their pictures. Because the images of the Products in marketing publicity are for illustrative purposes only, your Product may vary slightly from those images.

3. E-COMMERCE ONLINE PURCHASES

3.1 This website and e-commerce facility does not constitute an offer. Prices are subject to change without notice. Our acceptance of your order will be when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. 

3.2 If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you and will not charge you for the Product.

4. DELIVERY

4.1 Delivery charges are calculated at the online check out based on delivery to a French mainland address. Please contact us for a custom quotation for delivery to other destinations in Europe. 

4.2 All Pepe Stock is held in our warehouse in England. Deliveries will be made by us to our French hub regularly throughout the year but more often through spring and summer. Therefore, our expectation is that you would receive your goods no later than 10 days after placing your order but this may rise to up to 30 days depending on the season the order is placed. If you are in need of a more up to date time frame, then please feel free to contact us direct. Once goods have arrived at the French hub the delivering courier will contact you directly to confirm a date for delivery and will endeavour to provide a time slot along with courier tracking information. Not everything to do with the performance of third party couriers is in our control but we will work with you to make the whole experience as smooth as possible. 

4.3 The third party couriers provide a kerbside delivery service, and it cannot be assumed that the couriers will be able to carry the goods further than the edge of your property. It also cannot be assumed the courier will take away the pallet on which your order is delivered.

4.4 It is the customer's responsibility to check the delivery for any damages that may have occurred in transit.  Also check that all items you have ordered are included in the delivery.  If your item has been damaged in transit do not sign for the delivery, as this nullifies our ability to make a claim against the courier.

6. FREIGHT CHARGES

6.1 The online store is currently programmed to calculate a freight charge according to the total weight of the order. This freight charge will be shown to you before checkout.
